Fantastic views, fantastic staff, went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Sara was a gem. She picked us up from the cable car, and I really didn't think the car would make it up to the mountain with us all on board, but she drove like a pro. I can't give any more praise for the place. We stayed in a Premium room, and it was like a private zimmer. Complete privacy. We couldn't hear anyone else, couldn't see anyone from our balcony, we felt completely alone. The view is INCREDIBLE. The staff was wonderful, the restaurant at the hotel is great. The bartender even helped me to carry food back to our room for a romantic meal alone. Nothing but good things to say about Edelweiss. The Premium room was quite pricey, but 1000% worth it. We will certainly return.

The staff and owners went above and beyond our expectations. They were very helpful with all of our needs and questions. They met us at the top of the cable car late at night to pick us and our many bags up without even telling us - what a nice way to begin our stay. The breakfasts were great with a variety of options and I especially loved the self serve smoothie bar! Loved the hotel amenities including the fun pool and relaxing saunas. Special thanks to Suzanna and Carla for their exceptional hospitality and kind hearts. We hope to be back to this gem again soon!

A clean and safe room. From the window, I could see magnificent mountains. The breakfast was fresh and very delicious. The shower had plenty of hot water and was comfortable.

The Hotel Jungfrau is situated next to the ski school with its own exercise area for children and offers direct access to slopes around the car-free village of Mürren.
