Everything, a lovely house well connected by bus (120/122) and tram (101). Great accommodating host Tom who answered all our questions and helped us with anything we required. We had two bookings. A great large house on the first floor and another on the third floor. The house is clean, well equipped with most everything. Two large bed rooms a drawing room with dining facilities as well as a small study room. Well equipped kitchen with a seating area. The supermarket is about 200 meters as is the tram station. The bus station is 350 meters away. We stayed for five nights. The best place we have ever stayed in. Switzerland and this was our 5th visit. Excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend Tom and his beautiful house.

Location was superb, room was spacious and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly and helpful.

Hôtel des Arts is conveniently located just 200 metres from the lake, near the centre of Neuchâtel and the funicular railway which will take you to the train station in 3 minutes.

It was a wonderful stay! Ana was a first person that I met in the hotel. She likes a gentle breeze to set me so comfortable although the room was not ready! With her arrangement that my room was so wonderful! Only problem was I didn’t arrange myself to stay more! Definitely I will return to this hotel! This is a very beautiful B&B. Location is excellent! We loved the closeness to the centre.
