The location in Beatenburg was ideal for me. Away from the tourist throngs in Interlaken, it was literally a breath of fresh air. The themed rooms boast generous space and lots of features that gave it great value for money. The host Dominic was outstanding. There was nothing too much for him. His service, breakfast of choice and complimentary drinks are all extraordinary. The location of the hotel features some of the most spectacular views of the lake below and the mountains. Simply outstanding.

The appartment is very nice with an incredible view on the balcony (like everybody remarked) on the mountains: the Jungfrau and others around. In sunny times -like we had- it is fantastic. Wilderswill is a beautiful village: a mixture of rurality and suburb of Interlaken that you rarely see. Life seems serene and happy over there. We enjoyed it very much. Irma and her companion are very good and helpful hosts. Danke

    As being one of the cheaper locations I had low expectations but this place was great! They took great care of my family and provided pack n plays for my kids to sleep in. They even gave us a bigger room . Very nice people at check in! The grocery store is across the street and is very convenient.

    The way the host treated us was so crisp and helpful. He was able to provide the required baby cribs at a very short notice. Also he had guided us to know the place and climatic conditions were very helpful.. i recommend this property for all friends and family get togethers

    The chalet has everything we need as family with kid. The view from just sitting infront of the chalet is stunning and it was offering a very tranquil environment. My fam enjoyed swimming in the Lake Brienz which is just a jumped away from the chalet. Also, the chalet is very close to Riggenberg Sage bus station and 10 mins walk to Riggenberg train station. And Diana was very welcoming and informative. I cant wait to come back again.

    Clean and cosy room. Hotel has a lovely bar, so you can buy your breakfast. Close to bus station, every 30 mins to the train station. Good stay with family with kids.

    I travelled with family. Incidentally, my child fell sick during the travel. The hotel staff was extremely kind. They provided food out of their regular menu. They were very caring as well towards all the guests. The hotel staff overall was exceptional. I would return to the hotel just for the wonderful hospitality!
