The location and the fact that I would have a parking space were the deciding factors in choosing this room. However, it was our host, Monika, who truly made us feel at home. The room itself, with a private bathroom, was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated, offering every amenity one could need. A delightful breakfast was waiting for us outside our door at the morning. Monika is incredibly friendly and genuinely cares for her guests. If we're ever in the area again, we will definitely return!

All our needs were met! The hosts did not forget or leave out anything! It felt truly like home. We loved the access to Netflix and kitchen equipment and the openness of the layout with calm colours all around. We extended our stay and are back to the same landlords in in a few months.

Amazing house, unique, very clean, the interior was cozy and charming. The location was fantastic, and the view from the house astonishing! The personnel was very polite and ready to serve all our needs.

The hotel was not located in the centre of Bern however was a perfect spot located 2 minutes from the train. Buses were also available and stopped right outside the hotel. Staff were very friendly/ helpful on local recommendations/ what to see. The hotel also offered laundry services (additional charges) which was very convenient and tidy.

Best location, spacious room, if needed one can use the complete kitchen, clean bedroom and bathroom, tea and coffee facilities available in the kitchen, nice sofa and tea table, excellent security, smart TV set. Had one of the best stays in Switzerland.
