Really excellent apartment hotel. It felt very safe (there is a main door and it doesn't open directly onto street) and the general location was perfectly fine if you have a car. About an hour/hour and a half to all the top spots in the region like lake Como and verzasca valley etc. Just make sure to leave early to avoid traffic; the main road through the town seems to be the main road for everyone traveling to Varese from Ticino and it can get a little congested. The room was really new, and clean. The kitchen amenities were great and everything we could have needed in terms of cookware was available. A bigger container of salt/cooking oil/dish soap would've been helpful for a long stay, but you can get everything you need in the department stores nearby. Bed was comfortable, and the TV had a very decent selection of channels. It was overall one of the best apartment style hotels we've stayed in. It was probably the newest/nicest building in the entire town. 10-15 minute walk to the train station which is also fair, and I would recommend that if you just want to day trip to Lugano as parking there isn't ideal. You can also easily take the train to Milan for a day. The buses from the train station later at night were also fine and drop you off very close to the hotel. The pizza place down the road was quite nice and also fairly priced for Swizterland. The pastry shop right next to it was also pleasant.

Great location with fantastic views. The staff were incredibly friendly and always eager to help. The restaurant served delicious food, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable and spotlessly clean. The shower was also excellent. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Laura and her dog, Guido, are charming hosts. Friendly and welcoming. The studio is totally self contained with it’s own entrance and direct access to the very green and tranquil garden. Easy access from the autostrada and perfect for a quiet and peaceful night of rest.

This place deserves infinite stars. There are not enough words to describe this pearl. Quaint little B&B. The hosts are warm and welcoming. The room is clean and spacious and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast is fresh on the spot and very generous. They even gave us muffins to go as a snack on our train ride. The view is peaceful and breathtaking all at once. What gem.

The casa is really clean and the water for shower is the best in my tour. The casa is near Foxtown and we can walk there in 15 minutes and enjoy the wind, the mountains and the beautiful architectures of MEndrisio.
