Everything was perfect. Staffs were super friendly, breakfast was delicious and the Spa was awesome. Definitely worth the money. We had high expectations given how nice the pictures online look and it looks even better in person.

This place is incredibly comfortable, spacious, and cozy, all while being affordable. During our trip to Luzern, Switzerland, we stayed here for three days. Silvia provided us with a comfortable bed and a welcoming space, as well as delicious breakfasts each morning. We had great conversations with Silvia about Switzerland and neighboring countries, and we were able to enjoy wonderful evenings with our traveling companions in the spacious and pleasant accommodations. This is like a dream place. An experience you would hardly forget! The location is dreamy, my room was facing the hills with cowbells ringing all day. Breakfast are exquisite, whatever you like will be served within a minute. Service everywhere in the resort is amazing, stuff is the friendliest and the most entertaining for the ones who travel alone too. You can enjoy several different restaurants with great cuisine and views. Spa in the Waldhotel is perfect, clean and quiet, not many visitors during a low season (i was basically alone there all the time). You can also enjoy some attractions around or visit Luzern by boat fastly.
