The appartment is very nice with an incredible view on the balcony (like everybody remarked) on the mountains: the Jungfrau and others around. In sunny times -like we had- it is fantastic. Wilderswill is a beautiful village: a mixture of rurality and suburb of Interlaken that you rarely see. Life seems serene and happy over there. We enjoyed it very much. Very convenient location, and the lodge by itself is charming. The room was clean, very warm, and with a beautiful view from the window. But the best impression I've got from the stuff — very friendly, polite and helpful. These people made me feel like home!

Location is great, close to train station where easy to get access to the nearby attractions. (loved the free train ticket to Interlaken). The room was nice with view to the mountains and the bed was very confortable. Breakfast selection was better than what we got in the other hotels travelling around Europe. But mostly we liked the staff, all very friendly and helpful. It is a great hotel with good value for the money.
