The first time to stay in this hotel is really beyond expectations, the geographical location is superior, the environment is beautiful, the room is spacious and bright, the facilities are complete and the hygiene is very clean, the breakfast is also very diverse, the service of the staff is warm and friendly, very attentive and thoughtful, the next chance to come to Haikou will choose to come here.

The owner, Lura, is super helpful and meticulous. Our flight was at 11.30 pm, and we requested a late check out. She arranged everything smoothly with an extra charge Y150. The room was clean, spacious and equipped with smart features. We were very impressed with "xiao du". They even provided us with an anti slip mat because we have an 86 years old grandma with us. There was also free supper "green bean soup". Highly recommended!

The staff was exceptional, always ready to help. The lobby on the 8th floor is very welcoming. The breakfast spread is good. The hotel located inside a old commercial block. It undergo a complete change over in Aug 24. So is look brand new. I enjoy my 2 night stay 100%.

The location is superb..close to city center and great views over river. The room..the facilities..the staff..couldn't be faulted ..all 5 star. Everyone ..the staff..very friendly and helpful with a special shout out for Joan Li and Tiffany. Joan awesome helper and good English. I've spent many years in china ..and Hainan too..and this the best hotel experience I have ever had!!!

A top class hotel. Attentive staff and excellent facilities. The beach access is delightful in the warmer periods. The hotel restaurants have a good selection of foods including local and western (a la carte). The breakfast and dinner buffets are especially extensive. Great value for money for a 5-star hotel. This is a weird one, but lobby always smelled lovely!
