All of the staff there were lovely and helpful, Joye has perfect English skills, helped us settled many communication problems during my travel even we left Lijiang. The room was comfortable and had authentic ancient ambient, there are two lovely dogs, everything there made our experience incredible.

We recently stayed at the Sky Cloud Hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful decor and a welcoming atmosphere. All the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, but I must give a special mention to David. From the very beginning, he was exceptionally kind and always willing to assist us with anything we needed. Our stay was truly memorable, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic experience.

Everything is superb. From my arrival and depature. Super host and staff. Spacious room! Extra credit to Joye for helping me with my Alipay problem even after leaving Lijiang! Very recomended!

The room has double-glazed windows that really keep the street noise out, the toilet seat stays warm—pretty fancy. Joye was always full of enthusiasm and more than willing to help us, he filled us in on all the cool places and fun things to do in Lijiang. We decided to hike Tiger Leaping Gorge and had a wonderful day. Joye, thanks for being so welcoming. You really made our Lijiang trip even better!

Beautiful hotel, the room was huge and extremely clean. The location is excellent but the best part was the employees. They were all extremely helpful and kind. Helped me several times, especially with ordering stuff online. Special thanks to Frida, she was an angel.

I have never experienced such thoughtful service before. The boss said their hotel offers one-on-one butler service. That's right, you will receive a warm reminder from the hotel a few days before check-in, and there is also a pick-up or train service available. All questions can be asked to the butler, who will be very enthusiastic in providing assistance. By the way, their hotel also has a translation machine that can translate languages from dozens of countries, and can basically communicate face-to-face without barriers. Satisfied!

Well located near to South gate. Mr joy can speak fluent english and helped us a lot. There is free laundry machine with dryer. The room is well heated, well organised and most importantly very clean. The staff are not fluent with english but they try their best to communicate(can use google translate they can understandverywell)
