The hotel was perfect, the location was just off Nanjing Road and within a few minutes of walking to the nearest metro station. The staff and cleaners were also very professional and kind. I would definitely recommend staying here, and will probably stay here the next time I visit.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, right next to the metro, and the rooms are modern, spacious, and well equipped. The food was excellent, with great quality and variety. The hotel even offered a free city tour with excellent guides, which made the experience unforgettable. What truly stood out was the outstanding staff—always attentive, professional, and eager to help. Many thanks especially to Jane and Jonshon at the front desk who went above and beyond with recommendations and assistance. Everything was perfect. The facility appears to be new and clean. The staff is very friendly; I enjoyed an early check-in and a complimentary breakfast for free. There is also a free supper after 9 PM (I didn’t realize that when I reserved my room). The location is very central and the price is reasonable in my opinion, even if I don’t have terms of comparison in the same area.
