A huge hotel, located minutes away from Beijing Airport Terminal 3. The fact that they offer 24/7 free shuttle bus is a huge win, as we arrived late in the night. The staff was polite and helpful and the room was clean. The room really had some luxury feeling to it, as it was well maintained. We were pleased to find a huge comfy bed. Also, the soundproofing was great, as we almost didn't hear any noise from the planes, even though we could see them from our window. Breakfast was good, with both western and Chinese options to choose from.

🇬🇧/🇧🇷The room was amazing. Extremely clean and lovely. Warm floors and toilet sit which was fabulous. Staff were friendly and helpful. It felt like home. Got helps for activities around Beijing. Transport was fantastic Coach, bus and tube which make life easy to explore the tourist points. Neighbourhoods were fantastic and everyone’s of the village was receptive and friendly. II had no problem with communication even so I can’t speak Chinese🇨🇳, but some people spoken English quite well and some did well on under the barriers of the language. I Met interesting people from lots of part of the world. I want comeback and explore the country side surrounding areas of the mountains . I strongly recommend for who have the adventurous spirit and enjoy meet and learn from others experiences too. Also, I learned some words in Mandarin which is a bonus ❤️😘

The hotel is simply spectacular, and the staff are helpful and kind. I received a warm welcome which, when traveling, really influences one’s impression and perception of the country being visited. The room is spotless, and the materials are of the highest quality. I was supposed to stay just one night, but I kept extending my booking for several more nights because I didn’t want to leave. The staff are so friendly and helpful.The rooms are clean and they upgrade my room to a king size bed. The hotel is surrounded by food restaurants and you will be spoilt for choice on food. Overall I like the stay.

The people. Amazing service! I had to weigh my luggage and had 2 odd size luggage. A staff came up to help weigh them and I asked if I could have the odd sized item packed at the airport. He was not sure, but volunteered to help me with it. I was on an urgent work call. He helped me to pack it and quietly left the room. Totally impressed! All the staff at East are warm and friendly. Now definitely my go-to hotel when I am back:)
