For many years my favorite hotel in Bogotá. This time was everything absolutely perfect. I have to especially highlight the taste of the food in the Mai-Tai restaurant and the pleasant service. Here I see a significant improvement compared to previous years. It is a pleasure to stay at this hotel.

The value for money was exceptional. Amazing breakfast (usual things plus detox juices, chicken stew, broth, areas, potatoes etc), nice shampoo and gel in bathroom, comfy bed, gym, all about sustainability and health. Nice music, too

    Great customer service at the reception. They were kind and helpful. The room was very spacious and they supplied a nice crib for our baby. Mini bar and fridge in the room. The breakfast was great with a lot of options. Fruits, eggs, cereals, fresh juices you name it.

    The hotel staff is absolutely kind and welcoming. We were very happy to stay in this hotel. For us the location was perfect as we needed something relatively close to the airport. To our surprise, the hotel has a free shuttle service to the airport which as very convenient for us. The hotel has a pool and a gym which we found fantastic for a business hotel. We could swim with our children who were very happy to get a splash and have fun in the water.

    What a gem! We truly enjoyed our stay at this charming hotel! The team at Muisca was very accommodating to all our requests (especially with a baby!) and were so friendly and helpful in all our interactions! We loved the location - walkable to lots tourist sites, museums, and restaurants. Definitely wish we could've stayed longer and we hope to come back with friends and family! Thank you Carlos and everything there :)

    The location was terrific - so close to so many lovely restaurants in Chapinero - just perfect. We also enjoyed the happy hour from 530-730. A great place to stay with a family, they arranged extra beds for our kids and all was very comfortable.

    Located in very nice neighborhood, close to Calle 109 which has shops and places to eat. Literally right next to the hotel there is a children playground which is perfect for families with small children. The hotel is being renovated, so the room was very nice, newly painted, well equipped, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I would definitively stay again

    We loved everything since the very first moment. After a long trip (we were traveling with a 2 years old kid and a 6 month baby), we had welcoming drinks in the bar and they helped us a lot with all our needs (huge luggage, hiring private city tour, etc). The room had everything we needed and super comfortable for our family. Special mention to the personnel, all of them, without exception, were marvelous. We will surely come back and highly recommend it!
