Wonderful place to stay. The lady was kind and helpful. Even though they do not have a parking spot, it is one around the corner. Near to downtown. There is a restaurant around the corner, too, called Bistro (totally recommended but takes time to bring the food to the table, but the food was amazing). Great bakery one block from the hotel. Great location.

I've been traveling for three weeks through Colombia, and this was the best sleep--by far--I've gotten. The location is scenic, and it was less than 10 minutes away from the airport. I travel through Bucaramanga quite a bit and usually stay there. When I found the Chill Out on Booking.com I decided to give it a try. WHAT A GEM. A great location in a quiet neighborhood close to the airport and a short ride from the bus stop. The staff was so helpful and kind. They arranged us a cab for 4:30 am and it was there on time. The Chill out is so clean, cute, and by very good restaurants. Chill Out Hotel Boutique will now be my go to place to stay on my travels.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton by Hilton in Bucaramanga. The location is unbeatable—everything you need is just steps away, including banks, pharmacies, clinics, shopping stores, and a great variety of restaurants. It made getting around the city incredibly convenient. The customer service was excellent, with staff who were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the entire facility, which made the stay feel comfortable and safe. Speaking of safety, the secure entry system added an extra layer of peace of mind. One of the highlights was the breakfast—delicious, varied, and well-prepared, a perfect way to start the day.
