The staff was very supportive and attentive. My special greetings go to the breakfast team! We stayed in Beta for 3 nights, and after 1 night they already knew our "special needs" and served it without saying a word :) Kudos also for the football/soccer field next to the breakfast area. Really welcomed us like family, made nice scrambled egg breakfast each day and always helpful with tips on what to do in Salento. They helped organise a coffee tour and taxi to the airport too, and sorted us out for laundry :) Place was very close to the jeeps and the tejo bar (fun!), walking distance to main plaza. We stayed for a few nights with a family of 5. We hoped we could fit in two double beds (nearly always works) but the beds were too narrow. Luckily there was a hammock! Kids fought over it: who got to sleep in the hammock 😅. Breakfast was tasty and the packed lunch to Valle de Cocora good. We were very happy that we took the advice to rent rubber boots!
