Beautiful venue, pool was the perfect temperature for cooling off after a hot day, hosts were lovely and pointed out some toucans sitting in the trees above the hotel. Rooms were everything you needed really. Very glad we stayed here.

Lovely sized comfortable room and beds, with a little patio area out the back to relax on and a walk in wardrobe in the room which was really helpful to hang wet towels in and store our bags. Quiet and felt very safe. Lovely pool and a large kitchen / communal sitting area which was really comfortable and had everything we needed to prepare a good breakfast and coffee. We had a great stay.

Sensational View und Service. Last Minute Day Tour was organised and a real dream came true for my wife ! there is a gas bbq on every terrace wich is ready to use. Jessica is just an awesome and helpful to the fullest.

This was the best property of our entire stay in Costa RIca and we stayed in 6 different locations. They have literally thought of everything!! The private pool is fantastic and the property is in a really quiet central location I could not recommend highly enough... you will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here.

Madre Terra is the perfect place to just 'be'. The rooms are so comfortable and the vibe so chilled that you won't want to leave. Relax in the pool, say 'hello' to the dogs, grab some food from the nearby restaurants or just lounge around on the sunbeds, it's all there. Marci and Sandro are so friendly, helpful and just add to the already relaxed atmosphere. Also the attention to detail and thought put into the rooms didnt go unnoticed. Staying with them is exactly what we needed.

    The bungalows are very spacious and well equipped. It was great to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. They are set out very nicely in a secured area around a very nice pool with fun slide for the kids. The location was perfect for us - easy walking distance to the national park (beach), restaurants and a small supermarket. The hotel staff ordered taxis for us when requested and did a good job with our laundry.

    This was the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed in. Photos don’t do it justice. It is utterly beautiful and unique. Small family business and owners on site. Very laid back but highest quality service. Had the best massage there. Kids enjoyed it too. Family suite perfect and we had room 1 which is the only one with an outdoor terrace. Vegetarian food was plenty and lush. Cannot rate this highly enough.

    Great pool, the kids loved it. Room was clean and good and a quiet AC. A common kitchen that was well organised and had all facilities that you needed. The family running the place were very helpful and kind.

    it was a good location for a couple of days staying in Uvita. I rate the Flutterbyhouse based on the fact that i was travelling with my family and two kids. staff really freindly, rooms ok, but for family could be better. however, prive/value absolutely OK. staff also great in support.

    Amazing owners/ staff; kind, helpful and very customer focused. Very kid friendly. Basically a brand new hotel so everything is fresh. Beds are super comfy. Pool is spotless. Excellent value for money. They are currently adding a restaurant to the grounds which will compliment the hotel very well.
