Its definitely best villa on Cyprus where we was last 10 years. All works, all day and night hot water without any procedures, A/C working well and fast, on all door and windows antimosquito nets. Bed is also good. Many towels. Dish washer, washing machine with dryer, all kitchen accessories is just best. Parking place protected from direct sun, its only 5 meters from main enter to the house. Swiming pool is also realy nice, about 12 meters long and 4 meters wide. Beautiful sea side view, with fantastic picture of sun on evening. Samsungs color TV in all roooms with Youtube and so on, on ground floor its like 85 inches wide, works perfect. Internet is also very good. All inside is maded with the SOUL. Best of the best, we was realy impressed. P.S. I was in Cyprus more then 30 times. Its best place to stay on Cyprus. There is only one flaw - no breakfast :0)

This place is a paradise! Excellent huge suite, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, and fully equipped kitchen. Very comfortable beds, huge TV, 2 other tvs at bedrooms, excellent breakfast. Top quality food at the restaurant for dinner. Excellent golf course and club. The best resort I have ever visited. Very quiet location.

Within 500 metres from the beach, King’s Holiday Apartments features a free-form pool with a stone-paved sun terrace.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. The location is ideal, nestled in a quiet neighborhood yet conveniently close to the vibrant heart of the city. Just a leisurely 12-minute walk gets you to the Tombs of the Kings bus station, making it incredibly easy to explore the rich history and beauty of Paphos. Additionally, a quick 10-minute walk brings you to a LIDL supermarket, which is perfect for picking up any necessities or snacks during your stay. The guest house itself is immaculate and exudes a welcoming charm. The rooms are impeccably clean and well-equipped, providing all the comforts one could wish for. The staff are exceedingly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. They truly go above and beyond to ensure that each guest feels at home.

The location, the property itself so cute and charming, lovely and helpful friendly staff, super tasty breakfast - I wish I had booked more than 3 nights as it was really comfortable and I loved Cyprus too.

the place is a cosy villa in a small villas complex, with a communal pool, just next to the beach. The owner is amazing. Available and kind, and it shows that she loves her guests. the house is very well equiped, and there's a sensation that every guest leaves a little something for the next one after (we left some beer and green tea). I would definitely come back!
