It is a great place to stay for families and the kids club is a bonus. All of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The family room is comfortable and there is plenty of choice of restaurants if eating at the hotel. There was a wide selection of food at breakfast. Access to the beach is nice to have. The kids club was just lovely with all the ladies in their taking the best care of the kids with activities and fun games. I would really like to thank the ladies in the kids club for their outstanding work. My son really enjoyed his time there and wanted to be there more than in the pool even though that was so much fun with the slides as well. The complementary kids corner buffet is also a great idea. Children are kept busy the whole time so parents can rest a bit. A great plus were the heated outdoor pools. Very thoughtful that childrens buffet was free of charge as well as the fact thay the Pelican kids club offered a nice back bag to the kids with goodies.
