From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the unexpected room upgrade, which truly made my visit unforgettable, along with the varieties of restaurants & bars. The main pool, adult pool , and beach front amenities are all fantastic 👌 along with its service. The upgraded room was spacious, beautifully decorated, sophisticated, and offered stunning Jacuzzi open to a river pool. Every detail, from the plush bedding to the well-appointed amenities, was carefully curated to ensure a luxurious experience. It was clear that the hotel takes great pride in providing top-notch accommodations for their guests. What impressed me the most was the warm and genuine hospitality of the staff and the welcoming hospitality for our anniversary. This is a superb hotel and very spacious with well equipped accommodation. The bed is very comfortable and the room is quiet. There is everything you need in the room and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing and offers plenty of choice.
