The apartment is nice and newish. The location is fantastic. It is right in the heart of Brno. Everything is within walking distance. The heating in this apartment was fabulous. I did not have to wear winter clothes to sleep. The front of the apartment is facing the road, so it is slightly noisy during the day, but the bedroom is quiet as it is facing an inner courtyard. The apartment was a bit difficult to find, however, the management got back to us very quickly through Bookings and was able to provide the directions. They even gave us a free parking lot (some distance away), but easily accessible when you rent a public mobility device.

We planned to arrive outside reception work hours, the staff was very helpful and friendly, left out the keys so we can get in to our room. Great parking place in the property’s yard.

I stayed for 2 nights. The room was very clean and lovely. I got 1 hour of free access to sauna and small swimming pool. It was very relaxing.

The hotel is in a great location in Brno old town, facing the “vegetable market” square and with views up to the Cathedral. It is close to the major historical sites that are in easy walking distance, including the Castle and busier main square. Plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants and shops nearby. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. We were fortunate to have been offered a room upgrade to a suite, which was much appreciated. The room was large and airy, well equipped and tastefully furnished with good open views of the square. The breakfast buffet was extensive with plenty of cold and hot food selections available, including barista coffee to order. The staff were very also attentive. Overall, a very enjoyable stay that we would be happy to repeat.

This hotel is set just outside Brno. I booked it for the parking because I couldn't find anything in town with parking. I am so glad I did. The hotel is simply amazing. The hotel itself is modern with good facilities. But it's the spa/sauna complex which really makes this hotel stand out. For a small fee, you can use the thermal pools, whirlpools and huge sauna complex. We spent all afternnon in there and it was really awesome. I would travel here again just to stay at this hotel and enjoy the spa. Other positives are the large car park with free parking. Breakfast was good with enough vegan choices. We also ate in the restauarant which only has limited vegan options but what they offer is really nice. Throughout the hotel, staff are friendly and helpful.

The apartment was large and well equipped, good location, the personal very nice and the highlight were the homemade cakes at breakfast.

The conditions hotel provided are as good as the reviews. I really liked my experience as staff are helpful, the conditions of the room was very good & the position of the hotel was very close to public transportation. As a person who visits for business, cost effectiveness of an experience is important for me. Point Pension provided that. I was hoping to experience a good sleep, 24 hours hot water with strong flow, strong wifi, clean & healthy breakfast, free parking lot and/or being close to public transport.
