Perfect place to stay with the family or friends for a weekend or a week. And 800m from the bike park Kouty nad Desnou - you don't even need to take a car, just go by bike or by foot. The best part was the size of the rooms (huge living room with table for 10 people and sofa with armchairs) and storage furniture, heaters/driers of ski shoes in apartment. First we were accommodated in a renovated room with two very comfortable beds, the room had a mountain view. The second time we were put in an unrenovated room with three beds, which were narrower and less comfortable. A hairdryer was described as being available, but on the second night there was none. Cleanliness is up to par. The bathroom is clean, small but sufficient. The staff is friendly. Breakfast and dinner are varied and delicious. We enjoyed a few days there while walking in Jeseníky. We could bring our dog (for an extra fee) so that's a plus if you're travelling with your pet. Just know there might be other dogs around as it's kind of an open space. It perfectly accommodates two families with kids, and there’s still another independent area for a couple. The garden is fantastic. We grilled in the outdoor fireplace while the kids played and although we didn’t use the sauna, we can imagine how great it will be in the winter. Family room was great selection for our stay. Restaurant is newly renovated and very nice, food was great! Kids enjoyed pool in wellness facilities. the best thing about this place is staff.
