Pavel is an exceptional host, few days before our trip, he sent us a detailed email about the venue and also all sightseeing places with brief descriptions. On the day of arrival, due to our last minute car problems, we couldn’t arrive. On the evening 10pm he sent us message to greet and to check out what happened. Unfortunately, our car can’t depart and needed to be repaired immediately! Luggage packed but vacation cancelled:/ we were super disappointed and our 3 year old son particularly, as he was really looking forward to his winter trip to try out his Xmas gift - sled ! Called with Pavel, he showed his sympathy on phone. After discussing I humbly asked if it was possible to exchange the date to later month as we really would love to visit this beautiful place ! Even though it was completely not his duty to offer us something like that, because it was our issue that we couldn’t come. Pavel offered his exceptional hospitality by offering to exchange our travel dates to March ! Even without asking any extra fees, as we expected to compensate at least. What an incredible super host !! No words can express more my gratitude and our relief for missed vacation but even more grateful for the even better unexpected vacation to come ! Everything was great! Katerina and her family were very friendly. The room was sparkling clean which is something you don't find in many properties. The location was good for skiers who want to approach closest ski centers. Thank you, we will definitely visit you again.

This place is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, we knew we had hit the jackpot. The house is brand new, super clean, and way more spacious than we expected. The location is perfect—really close to the ski slopes and just a short drive to shops and restaurants. And let me just say—skiing in the Czech Republic is seriously underrated! Great slopes, no crazy crowds, and super affordable compared to other places in Europe. But what really makes this place stand out is something you can’t see in the photos: the vibe. It just feels so welcoming and warm, like a place where you instantly feel at home. Whether you're curled up on the couch with a cup of tea, playing games at the big dining table, or just unwinding after a day in the mountains, there's this amazing, cozy atmosphere that’s hard to find elsewhere. And if you’re coming with kids—this place is a dream! There are toys, building blocks, board games… even the little ones will never be bored. The best part? This place is available to rent all year round! Whether it’s a winter ski trip, a summer hiking adventure, or just a peaceful weekend escape, it’s the perfect spot. This is a lovely place, very clean, warm and cosy in an apartment building. Great equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, good location close to the ski slopes. An added bonus is that you can use the sauna and jacuzzi for a very reasonable extra charge. Large market and nice local restaurant nearby. Keys can be picked up at the gift shop next to Tesco (this was not clearly stated in the check-in information). We spent a wonderful New Year's Eve here :-)

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment with our entire family (3 young children). The photos on Booking.com don't lie – the apartment is furnished beautifully and practically. The kitchen is fully equipped, there's a capsule coffee maker, 2 large TVs, and 2 bathrooms. The kids loved spending time in the children's corner before bed – I've attached a few photos. The apartment has a spacious, private bicycle storage box right across from the entrance. Even though it's located practically in the center – right by the square – we weren't bothered by the noise. The view from the windows is of gardens and a grassy slope, and you can hide from the evening sun thanks to the external blinds. The location is great because there are shops and restaurants nearby. I had no problem charging my Tesla in the square. We will definitely be back and will also try the winter season – the ski bus stops almost in front of the entrance.

Very comfortable room, so clen and bathroom was also.The kitchen has every appliance from toasters to coffe machines with coffee. Cups and plates. The host was super friendly. Very safe and secure place for snowboarding or skii. Really beautiful location and beautiful place to be.
