The apartment is in the historical city center (we stayed in a small one with the blueish kitchen). There was a construction outside but because the flat has windows towards the inner yard it was quiet. Checking in is contactless, however there is a contact person ready to help if needed. She was really nice, even organized for us an early check-in. Location is perfect to explore Brno walking. The apartment is small but very smartly organized, perfect for two people, but probably no more than that.

The room was spacious, cozy and very clean. The breakfast delivered straight to the room in the morning added a very nice touch to the accommodation (thanks, Mia!). We chose the location because of its proximity to the highway, as we were on our way further south. Nevertheless, several grocery stores are within a 5-minute walk from the place. Highly recommend it to anyone passing Brno on their road trip.

* Room was warm, exactly what we need after walking 6 hours on Christmas markets. * Quiet. Did not hear any outside noise. Sleep well. * Underground parking, direct access to the hotel. * Check-out time. Have it in 11 o'clock which gives a plenty of time for breakfast and even a nap after it.

The location is superb, and the place is splendid. The rooms are spacious and beds very comfortable. Staff is very helpful and for Xmas fair you are as close as it gets :) The car approach can be intimidating especially in the xmas fair season but if you follow the propperty's instructions you can safely arrive at the destination

My 2nd stay here. A super clean new room, comfortable bed, secure parking inside the premises. Miss owner is extremely friendly and helpful. She sat in the car and came to open the main garage door for me when I was locked out. Outstanding.
