The house is located right on the edge of a forest. There’s complete silence — filled only with birdsong and the sounds of the wild forest at night. And yet, we felt a deep sense of peace and safety. We had no hesitation letting our four-year-old play around the house and wander with us along the forest stream. The house itself is spacious, cozy, and safe, with everything you might need — plus lots of toys for children and games for adults. You can choose to heat it with the wood-burning stove or electric heaters. The underfloor heating on a cold day was just fantastic! We truly enjoyed every single day in this home. Although it feels like a peaceful, remote getaway in nature, a large shopping center is just a 15-minute drive away — so you’re never too far from anything you might need. Just a note: you do need a car to get there. And there’s very little reception — the Wi-Fi is quite weak, and mobile signal comes and goes. This wasn’t a downside for us at all, but it’s good to be aware of it.

The Apartment was spacious and we had enough place. The kitchen was fully supplied and you can easily cook your meals there. The garden is equipped with two seating areas and a fire pit. On top of that you have a beautiful view over the valley, which you can enjoy in peace due to the quiet location. For the children there is a small playground, which you can observe while sitting in the garden, all in all a nice and safe place for children. One big plus is also the Prachov rocks, which are in walking distance of roughly 5-10 min.

Our stay was truly exceptional from start to finish! The house was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay with great bathtub with massage option. The location was great either—close to the main attractions, yet still peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was a real highlight: delicious, fresh, and worth to pay to be included in the stay. It was the perfect way to start each day. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with any questions or recommendations, which made us feel at home right away.
