We really liked the hotel — it's small and in a good location. Everything was clean, and the room had everything we needed, even a scale. There were bathrobes and towels for the spa. The spa is small but very nice.

This is an amazing hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful and always ready to assist. The room is very clean. The garden of the hotel is amazing The breakfast is extremely good and varied, tasty and is good for gluten free. The SPA facilities are extremely excellent and the treatments are very good. 3 of us stayed 6 nights in the apartment. The beautiful spa centre of Karlovy Vary was within walking distance. We bought a 7-day local bus pass, which was very convenient for accessing town centre, supermarkets, train station. The bus stop is just a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. All equipment for cooking was available. Providing some cooking oil would be useful. Katrin was very warm and helpful, quick to respond to requests. Would definitely stay again if we visit Karlovy Vary.

This has been one of the nicest apartments I ever booked while traveling. It must have been renovated recently. It was extremely clean and very well equipped, quiet and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and there is a big table where we could have our meals. We also had everything we needed for cooking and even could make some coffee in the mornings. The location is also super nice, there is a great Italian restaurant just around the corner, as well as a grocery store and a bus stop. The touristy areas and the old town can be reached by walking 5 minutes downhill: you can find the thermal water springs and the restaurants there. The way back to the apartment requires a bit of stamina :), but it’s nothing a person in a fairly good shape couldn’t do. We hope to visit Karlovy Vary again and when we do I’ll definitely check if one of the Katrin apartments are available.

Great open communication from Markéta the owner! Quite easy to find as it is located in a very small village! Parking is right outside! There only 4 rooms ! This used to be the local grocery store ! All was very clean, tidy & cared for! The kitchen has pretty much all you need in the amenities available, tables & chairs are there to use ! Seating outside too ! There is free coffee/tea to use ! My room was clean, tiday& cosy! Bathroom & toilet immaculate! I actual ended up staying 3 nights longer in anther room& again all was fantastic! You get alot for your money, I travel & stay in alot of places ( Czechia & others) hard to find a better ratio of price / for comfort! Highly recommended, Markéta is a fantastic host, helpful, funny ,informative & takes great pride in the accommodation! All photos were exactly as it was in reality
