However, it is obvious a situation of manpower shortage. The 2 ladies staff are responsive and friendly but no matter how, with the situation of many unclean and unkept tables for my 3 nights stay, where I have to clean the tables myself, and the frequent shortage of cups and plates, my family and I felt that the breakfast experience is tainted with the service experience.Guest review byMaryFamily with young children

The hotel is 'bijou' and family run with friendly and helpful staff. It does have a family atmosphere and the lounge/breakfast area is 'homely'. The town centre location is good for food choices (hotel does not have a restaurant), and there is a local brewery (Brauhaus) that serves food too. Every room has its own theme and bed made from different car model. Good for families, makes impression to kids.
