Germans would say "klein aber fein". The hostess was friendly. All you need is there for a shorter or longer stay. Street-side parking was no problem. The hostess recommended good gastronomy for us. Greiz is a small town, so location is not super important. You can get anywhere in a few minutes by car. This is a residential neighbourhood in a working class environment with the apartments located in typical post-war blocks. Greiz is a very hilly town, the former wealth of which shows in the downtown Patrician mansions.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location is excellent and the staff friendly. The breakfasts had an excellent variety. The breakfast room was spacious and attractive

Everything was fantastic. Super ambitious, friendly and hospitable host, whose desire is to meet any potential travellers' needs. The place is so clean, you can eat off the floor. You'll find there everything that you can think of. Kitchen and bathroom is equipped as well as it gets, there are even trekking stuff, ironing room that you can use. I would say it is perfect place to stay and enjoy for much longer time, but unfortunately we stayed there only one night. Shame on us! Maybe next time :)

Owners extremely helpful. They drove us to their restaurant for our evening meal and drove us back when we were ready. Sunday breakfast was fabulous. We never expected the variety of food on offer.

Clean, new, and perfectly equipped. There was everything we needed and more. It's a large, beautiful apartment. We recommend staying for a few days. It's worth it.
