The location of this hotel is perfect for a visit to Ludwigsburg. It's literally spitting distance from the Residenzschloss Ludwigsburg, which is probably the main reason for visiting the town, but it would also make a good base for exploring the surrounding area. For parking, use Parkhaus im Marstall 71634, Bietigheimer Str, which is located directly across the road from the hotel. Ask the receptionist at check-in/out to validate your parking ticket to get a bit of a discount. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent. Our room had a double aspect, with one of the windows looking out towards the schloss. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
