This was the kind of apartment that whatever you thought about that was needed, was in the apartment. It was new, clean, well equipped. The location was also very convenient - in the front of the park and 2 min walking distance from the see. The staff in the reception was very kind and helpfull. I recommend very much this place.

We did have the penthouse so I can’t judge all rooms, but ours was amazing, spacious and fully equipped. Seaview on 3 sides, even the bathroom had a Seaview. The staff was helpful and warm. Finally the price was excellent, this was one of the cheaper rentals in the whole city of Rostock for four people.

I had a fantastic stay at this Ferienwohnung near the beach in Rostock! The location was absolutely perfect — just a short walk to the shoreline, making it ideal for morning strolls and relaxing evenings by the sea. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and very well-equipped. I especially appreciated the attention to detail — everything from the comfortable bed to the fully stocked kitchen made it feel like a home away from home. The balcony (or terrace, if there was one) was a lovely touch, perfect for enjoying coffee with nature breeze! The area was peaceful yet conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and check-in was smooth and hassle-free. Very kind host and easy to reach. Very quiet country side house, good surroundings around. Cozy and warm family feeling house. Comfortable beds for all of us 6 people. Close drive to a small shopping center by 5 mins. Very big and nice garden with trampoline. Access to two toilets for us 6 people is very convenient.

Windows on both sides of the building. Second floor. Small cozy balcony facing tranquil backyard. Fantastic bathroom with big tub and very nicely decorated apartment! Comfortable walking distance along the beautiful Strom to the beach where having the Strandkorb included was just amazing :-) on top of that a very attentive and caring hostess!
