It is operated (owned) by a very kind family who take you in consideration and want to take of their guests. There are parking spaces. The area is a business park but who needs entertainment when traveling for work ;-). There is a supermarket close by. Train station with quick connections to Frankfurt is at walking distance. The town centre of Oberursel is a slightly longer walk but perfectly doable. The brewery is a great place for food and beers. If you believe customer service is dead, visit this place. The family is exceptionally welcoming, accommodating and friendly. We had a car breakdown and stayed at the hotel - reserved 10min before arrival and needed an extra day - even though the place was fully booked, something was arranged. It is simply an incredible value for money. Breakfast is very nice with a wonderful touch of the background of the family.Guest review byJanYoung couple
