    Lovely traditional hotel with great view of both castles. 15 min walk to nearest lake for swimming. Great family room with lovely lighting, bed linen, giant TV to watch Olympics! Good buffet breakfast. Staff welcoming and extremely professional. Bike hire possible, basketball net, swings and trampoline for the kids.

    What a beautiful hotel! The interiors are very tasteful, and the breakfast was the best we had on our European vacation. Our family room had five beds, normally the children need to share, so this was fantastic! The kids loved the indoor pool, and the location to the castle is amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, only wished we could stay longer!

    Not far from Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, and the balcony rooms have a decent view of the two castles. Kiddie area (swing, rocking horse, trampoline) keeps small children busy.

    Friendly family hotel. Comfortable rooms, helpful staff and free car park. In pleasant walking distance of the lakes and castles (around 25 minutes) so you don't have to use a car. There are also local buses.
