Great for little kids. Plenty of toys, swing, slide on property. Small pool with outside shower. Very friendly couple that entertained our kids with watering plants, while we unpacked.

The hotel has a wonderful open and warm atmosphere. It felt alive and welcoming although we were the only guests. Fabulous service - the hotel staff were unable to contact us during our journey so the cook stayed until we arrived to see if we wanted supper. The castle has a fascinating history and is an inspiring cultural project. It was a shame we were travelling though and could only stay one night.
