We arrived early at 9:30 and were lucky to get the room right away instead of waiting until 15:00 a clock. Very nice of them when we were travelling with 2 small children age 1 and 4. Their kids playroom were being renovated, so when that is finish the hotel will be even better. Kids eats for free in the hotel restaurant! Helped our family in many questions, which we had. Other receptionists are less kind. Main person of the hotel strongly controls the rules of the hotel.
