Both the surrounding and the accommodation are beautiful. The property is situated in a forest/on a hill, still it is close to the city (8 mins by car), while there are many facilities nearby (foodstores, playground, restaurants). The house has a nice restaurant as well. The host is very kind and helpful.

Wonderful apartment right next to the Schwebebahn. Enormous main bedroom, very large lounge and beautiful kitchen. Perfect position for exploring Wuppertal with the Schwebebahn or taking a day trip to Köln (Cologne) via rail. Our host was very responsive to a request we made. Also close to shopping centre and supermarket. Exceptionally good value for money. Because the evenings we're still quite cool we kept the windows shut, and could barely hear the monorail.
