Irma was a great host! Could't imagine there's a better place to stay if you're in Riobamba! Very comfortable and immaculately clean small hotel on a quiet street. All the staff were super friendly and worked very hard to make sure we had a great stay. Special mention to Luis in this respect. There is a cafe/restaurant which served an excellent steak, followed by a very good apple cake. Breakfast was fine with omlette and toasties on offer with good coffee. Secure parking is available at another property nearby,, and a lift was available to and from there.

Everything was just perfect! Unfortunately, we stayed only one night, but this place is just great and the hosts could not have been more helpful, the communication was excellent and the coffee was the best ever. This small hotel is not only new (opened three years ago) but also perfectly maintained and super clean. Tucked in a quiet and safe corner, in a short walking distance to a shopping mall (2 mins away), taxis and ATMs, the hotel is also close to the city centre, so we even walked downtown (15 mins) and back in the evening. The beds meet the standards of a four-star hotel, so you can sleep comfortably after chilling in bed watching Netflix and resting before climbing Chimborazo.
