The apartments are so nice. Martha and her team are the best. Super helpful and accommodating. The location is really cool. I've been told it is really safe here. There is security everywhere in the area and buildings. Guayaquil is an amazing city and I have never felt unsafe, but do be more than respectful and be alert, like any big city. The city and its people will treat you exactly the same.

The room was clean, AC working perfect, hot water in the shower, quiet place to stay, near to airport ( 15 min to walk or 5 min. by taxi. The staff amazing,, nice they help you with everything. The breakfast delicious.
