We had the best time in Hotel Casa santa lucia. The hotel is located near the city center, walking distance from everything. We got upgraded to our room. The Wifi is excellent all around the hotel. The breakfast was good. Above all this, the stuff was amazing, very helpful, and always with a smile. Highly recommend

Amazing hotel. The view, nature, volcano… i have no words to describe. We ordered room with big panoramic window. You can lay in the room in front of the window and dream! Staff are so acomodating and friendly! Facilities are comfortable. Bed, pillows were so fantastic. Breakfast has no wide choice but it the same in all Equador. But food very delicious. Espessialy for dinner!

The view on the volcano and the always helpful and kind owner Fabricio. He even gave me snacks and drinks without me asking for it. I booked for 3 nights but ended up staying a week.

A peaceful, friendly and clean place to stay in Baños, a little bit outside of the town center so a good night‘s sleep is guaranteed! I loved the warm welcome of the owner, and I adored the two cute dogs and the cat!

Johan was an exceptional and amazing host. He was very friendly, helpful and thoughtful. When I first arrived late at night, it was such a comfortable feeling coming into this place. It felt very cozy and clean. With towels ready for me and Johan waiting for my arrival to help with my bags. This place is a dream. The views are extraordinary and the tranquility of the vibes was unmatched. I loved the concept of the hostel, with the woodwork to the minimalist design. Breakfast was amazing every morning, made fresh with fruits and eggs and bread, served with options of coffee or tea. I was filled for the whole day! Johan was very kind to me, I even didn't have enough change for the taxi and he lent me a couple of dollars, he also went above and beyond to make sure I got into my cab in time and helped me with my luggage to make sure I was able to catch my bus to leave to another city. He is also very knowledgable about doing any activites in Banos and could help plan your trip. I would recommend this place for anyone needing a place to rest and feel at peace with nature. The sound of the river flowing at night and waking up to it was the best feeling ever. 10/10 would recommend this place and will definitely be coming back.
