Flor is such a friendly person that makes you feel at home instantly. She offered me to join for breakfast, lunch and dinner, where she did so delicious food. She also helped me with the laundry. I met her family and friends and was invited to a birthday celebration. Also, I did a trip around the island with one of her friends. I highly recommend staying at Flor’s House. I got some very good recommendations on where to eat and what to do on San Cristóbal, along with a contact for the excursions. I had a room with a separate entrance and its own bathroom, air conditioning, a big bottle of water and a fridge. The Starlink internet was excellent, very fast and reliable. Flor and her family and some of the nicest people I’ve ever stayed with. They’re incredibly welcoming and lovely, it was a perfect homestay. Ashleigh and her family were very welcoming when we arrived to check us in, and helped us quickly with any questions we had. The location and balcony is beautiful with views over the harbour. They even made a special effort for my partners birthday which was hugely appreciated.
