The staff was great (Badr, Karim, Disha, Shiko, Mido), really went out of their way to make us feel at home. The room is comfortable, especially the bed and the breakfast was plenty and very good. Amazing value for money right in the centre of my favourite neighbourhood.

The room size was excellent. The staff at the hotel were very cordial and prompt with services. The breakfast at the rooftop was good. It was not a buffet spread but it met all the basic requirements pretty much. The view of Pyramids while having breakfast made it extra special for us. We also went up after dinner and were treated with complimentary hibiscus tea and musk melons :) Also, the hotel organised pick up and drop from the airport for us which was all very well coordinated.

    The property was very spacious and ideal for families with children. Cairo is a very busy city and having a large villa with pool where the kids and adults can chill and unwind was a blessing. When I say the host was brilliant I really mean it. He was available whenever you needed him. His staff were very helpful and went out of their way to help us. The host Mohamed arranged us cars, food, cleaning, shopping and was always there for any questions we had.

    We traveled as family, two kids and baby. The hotel is centrally located in the city. We used the hotel's transportation service to get there. It was a bit expensive but efficient, especially useful for late-night arrivals. The staff was very kind and helpful, and offered us a larger room with three beds for the kids. The room was clean and well-maintained, featuring a refrigerator, TV, good air conditioning, and large beds.

    It was considerably close to the airport in a very quiet area, accessible by taxi to all monuments, malls and markets. Pool was fun with very cheap food specially for families with kids! Staff even though they were struggling with the English language they were very helpful!!!
