Ahmed, the manager, went out of his way to help me with everything, from arranging shuttle service to and from the airport at a great price, to assisting me with a cash transaction while in Egypt, etc. The hotel was spotless and had reliable air conditioning and a clean bathroom as well. The hotel balcony had beautiful views of the Nile. The accommodation was perfectly comfortable, overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel!!
