The atmosphere is calm and organized even if there are families and kids but the kids areas is very big. There are several pool so you don’t get agglomerations. All the service is polite, respectful and friendly. They help with everything and always try to have a better experience. Shout out to Sayad from the reception he is great and make everything to make the experience even better. After 4 night I have extended to More 2. The rooms are big and clean, the staff are super friendly and child-friendly. The pools are clean, these are perfect for the kids. Also the short is swallow and it's great with kids and there are more options for diving. The food corner was tasty and varied, there is international and Egyptian food. The personal is great but the manager who took care of us made the all difference. We could always count on Mr Haytham who was so nice and halpful. He was available in the middle of night (during his rest hours) and helped us in the clinic with our child who had a problem. He was also available during his holidays to help us with requests. The pools are simple and nice. If you like the crow, choose the main one and if you like quiet, you can easily find small pools in every block. The beach is interesting with shape and character and unlike many other resort with flat and wide beach. Food is generally ok. Some dishes are very tasty. The acquaparc is fantastic, and the staff working there is so friendly, my kids loved them ! All the staff was very attentive to our needs. Animation is soft, you have a lot of activities but never feel stressed to take part. You can move aroung by bus or with fantastic tandem bikes put together (for 4-6 people) .
