First of all i like the style of the resort it’s spacial and beautiful in all the details from the lobby to the rooms. Also , the food was very delicious and i like the way that I chose from the menu. The service is fast and the staff very kind. There’s nothing to complain of, I’m very happy of this visit and i will return to it again in the future.

We booked our stay here for our honeymoon. Everyone from start to finish has been very welcoming and helpful. The resort is huge with beautiful views all over. We had a honeymoon suite with sea views. The room and bathroom were huge! It was also very clean. We didn't know what to expect with food, but it turned out to be amazing! There are a few different buffet restaurants with different food options. The food selection in each of them changes daily for lunch and dinner, so you'll never get bored of the food! You can book excursions outside the hotel if you wish, or you can simply lounge by the beaches or pool. Either way you won't get bored. We have tried the spa and that was also a good experience! This is a perfect resort for honeymooners and we would definitely come back again!

I really liked the stay so much, starting from the warm welcoming by the entrance and handling our check-in quickly and softly by Mohamed at the reception. We started our stay by the snaks at Gamela restaurant and it was absolutely enjoyable especially with the smiling face of Remon. On the second day we met Mr. Khalid the guest experience manager by the lobby and he was extremely helpful and professional he arranged for us the anniversary room setup and the anniversary cake in the Mongolian restaurant, it was unforgettable dinner where we got hosted in the same restaurant by Mahmoud Yousef and Mr. Mohamed they arranged a nice table for us and made us really feel exceptional 😀 The follow up of the stay by Mr. Rashad the FO assistant manager was really appreciated and considered as a high level of professionalism.
