    The operational manager Nebuyun of this hotel is very rude un-supportive and stupid. I don’t recommend anyone to stay in this hotel, especially if you are going with kids. No halal food is available in this hotel and if we order food from outside, they charge 700 birrs . Also, they take birr back for double the amount, which is a total loss. Also, they charge a three times extra fare for the embassy if we book an embassy ride from them. Also, the smell of split beer, either in the lift or on the stairs, was unbearable for me.

    The staff were so helpful and kind. I asked for another option other than the triple bedroom I had booked. I was upgraded to adjoining rooms.. my daughter and I had the twin room and my son had the king size bedroom without any extra cost. I was grateful and surprised by this generosity. It made the week for me and my teenager children.
