It's like an oasis of lush green palm trees with a 50m swimming pool smack bang in the middle of the city with a jazz club, 4 restaurants and lots of really beautiful Ethiopian staff. Fantastic stay and hospitality. Haile, the owner is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They received me after midnight and guided my taxi driver to find the location, helped with ATM/bank issues, provided me with detailed information about Addis and traveling around Ethiopia. Room is spacious, has a TV table that serves as a working desk. A hot shower. Morning coffee or tea. Don't let the location discourage you, this spot is very convenient, just a few minutes from the city train and close to one of the bus stations (Lamberet Menaharia). I enjoyed restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. Shola market which is right next to the apartments is great. Would definitely stay there again.
