Brilliant little cottage, equipped with everything you need, very clean, dog friendly and nice quiet location. Friendly, helpful, owners. We only stopped overnight on our way from the South West to the Eurotunnel but the property would also be ideal for a longer stay for couples wishing to explore Hesdin and the local area which is a lovely region.

It was a lovely welcome, sweet place, next to a beautiful tiny château situated in a small village, amidst a wonderful big garden with apple trees. It offers everything you need and on top a lovely breakfast in the garden. The shared toilets and bathroom were very clean and free whenever required.

The owners of this charming place are lovely. You get a great welcome and feel relaxed on arrival. The village is a lovely old fashioned agricultural place. The Tavern is a family run bed and breakfast set up with a plat de jour option when the restaurant is open. Food quality is good and the chef - Steeve - pops out to check everything is ok. Breakfast is excellent, includes fresh fruits, bread and pastries with a good selection of fruit teas, herbal brews and really good coffee. When you book, message the owner to check if they are serving meals as sometimes they are hosting small events for local people. The decor is charming and traditional French. Great location to get back on the motorway. Lovely owners. Great food. Lovely little village. Parking right outside you bedroom. I have never stayed at a more dog friendly place than this. The owners will do all they can to make sure you have an excellent stay.
