Very cozy place and friendly hosts. I really liked the apartment, it had everything you needed and delicious coffee. The location is very convenient for getting to know the surroundings and the tourist spots of Rouen. And we very enjoyed a walking to the forest and rive view spot close to accommodation. Breakfast with local products was very delicious!

Really nice apartment, very close to the centre. We walked with 2 little kids without problems. Parking was very convenient. Communication with Caroline was easy and checking process was easy, although we did miss the entrance the first time and had to go around with the car until we found it. We were staying a bit longer in Rouen and were allowed to leave the car for a bit longer which was very kind of Caroline. Thank you!

One of the nicer designed apartments we stayed in Europe. The host was also very kind. We asked for early check-in and the host allowed when it was possible. Really grateful for that, else we had to deposit our luggage somewhere else.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful experience and a memorable stay at this property. Our lovely host couple, Alberto and Simona were so helpful and pleasant to communicate with from the beginning of our reservation. We had a fantastic 3 nights over the Christmas break. Our dinners were home cooked Italian meal and served with great wine. It was so nice that we didn't have to go into town for dinner. We had a great time in their cozy home and parking was a big bonus. It is in a quiet neighborhood and bus stop is in within walking distance. We felt welcomed and they went above and beyond to take care of their guests.
