Everything was just perfect! The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to cook anything you can think of. They have a huge and lovely garden, I took the liberty to eat my dinner at the lake (which is in the garden). The bed is comfortable, the house is clean, the shower is nice. It's just perfect!

We chose La Closerie as it was halfway between destinations, but we would definitely return! The hosts and food were exceptional, and the location an easy detour off the A10. We were early, so spent a lovely time at the Guinguette du Port des Callonges who had excellent staff and platters of food with a nature reserve opposite, then visited one of many, many local wineries. Our room was large and quiet, the bed was firm (just as we like it) and the water pressure and temperature of shower excellent.

The warm welcome we received from Ilse and Mark, the owners, was wonderful. The room was large, comfortable and provided everything we wanted. The location was convenient for us and the setting very picturesque. Breakfast was fresh from the local bakery, plentiful and delicious. The parking was in a private space, and we were able to charge our electric car which was a bonus! Our dog was made very welcome too.
