A very comfortable overnight stay with plenty of room for our two families (total 8 people). Plenty of space in a large dining room/living area and a kitchen area with all the cooking facilites you could need and a large refrigerator. Lovely for the host to welcome us on arrival and have the garage/gate already open. Lovely situated place outside from Le Mans, but very close the Circuit, Museum and centrum town. We were surprised with location, playground in front of accommodation and small farm. We are recommend this place for family with younger kids, who can play safely outside by themselves. Staff were great very helpful and check-in was easy.  There’s a courtyard attached to the hotel which has a variety of food, options and bars, which makes it excellent if you arrive late afternoon in a new city with hungry children. Games available for children. Ate in Restaurant all staff friendly and food was nice Kids menu was 12 euro chose a main and a side eg fried egg, fish, then chips , mash etc and dessert. My youngest is fussier and struggled to find something to eat, so he had some chips and bits from our plate . Chips were 5 euros. Pool putside with sunbeds but water was very cold.
