Very welcoming , available host. The house has a soul, decorated with style, taste, originality, it is refined, it is somebody’s home. Breakfast is served around one big table, you get to meet people who seem to appreciate the surroundings just as much as you do. And we were lucky enough to be there with very fun friendly guests. Breakfast was delicious, French toast, fresh croissants, baguettes, homemade jam… Hervé, our host sat with us, paying close attention to everyone’s need. Although the property is located in the center of town, it was extremely quiet at night. Our room was large, feeling like a living room also, bright, windows around it and in the bathroom.

Thomas and Marie were just above and beyond. The bed was so comfy - could have slept all day in it. And the breakfast - all the different jams - yummy. The whole atmosphere was homely, like you belonged to the family.

The attention to detail in the decoration, very respectfully preserved details such as wall paper, cornices, fireplaces, original doors, windows with shutters and the flooring. And yet there is a modern heating system and the electrics and plumbing are up to date. The views of the gardens are fantastic too and breakfast was served in a lovely dining room with silver and cristal wear (the butter was presented in the shape of a flower!)… merci beaucoup monsieur!

Nice little studio in old house in central St Omer. The studio was clean and had everything needed for a short stay. Parking nearby was easy. St Omer is a nice city and ideally situated for a stop off before the tunnel.
