Peggy was a perfect host and the Gite is beautiful. Peggy and her husband have renovated the property to a very high standard and the photos don't do it justice. We only booked for 1 night as a stopover for Le Shuttle with our 2 little dogs and wished we could have stayed longer. Only 20 minutes from the tunnel check-in. Pretty perfect. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Stunningly beautiful, well equipped, amazing garden , child/family and dog friendly accommodation. Easy access via key box, great parking, truly wonderful stay. Fab location, quiet and away from the chaos of Calais/ Coquelles after a long journey through England. My only regret is not booking for more nights on our journey down to Spain. We can’t wait to come back!

    We were greeted very warmly by the host with a beautiful, well-kept garden and driveway. The cottage was lovely and quaint and very clean ! My wife loved the roll top bath and the host had the baby cot and a small assortment of toys to play with.

    We had a great time here on our way to Calais. 40-year-old loved the slide in the garden and there was plenty of space and open air. Everything was clean, tidy and well maintained. Communication was great too. We would recommend this day for families with small children. Thanks!
