The location is very good, just 3 mins walk from the train station. The room is very clean and bathroom is spacious. The staffs are very friendly and very kind to give me the tips how to buy good rose wine. The room facilities are all good. High value for the money.

Shops , cafes and dining all very near. 1.2 K walk Seafront and Nice Promenade “Rue D’anglais’ or get tram .Everything as described and great instructions for keys and ease of access. Family of four 2 adults and 2 older teenagers plenty of room. Very clean

    Amazing 2 bed-room room/apartment like (excludes cooking facilities), very family friendly like, I've never seen anything like it. Lovely sized bathroom and shower rooms. Awesome breakfast area which turns into a very cool co-working space, so handy where a stay like ours included some remote working while enjoying our family time in Nice. Also cute little space for kids to play while working or just having a bite in the above-mentioned cafe area.

    It is a great value of the room and breakfast for Family travellers. Great facilities with organisation. Bar menu are suitable for small children, too. Easy access to central area also to the station. They have great tea selection in a room also breakfast that was good surprise and very enjoyed.
